The text, design and code of this site are ours, or we have permission to use them. You may quote them with a link back; for any other use, ask us first.

The free scanner gives an automatic, indicative result about a website's homepage. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee how AI assistants will treat you, since that depends on companies unrelated to us.

What data we process, why, and for how long

• Free scanner. We only use the domain you type in, to visit that website and analyse it. We don't store the domain or the result, and we don't ask for any personal data. Basis: our legitimate interest in offering the tool.
• Buying the report. Name, email, billing details and the domain you want analysed, to prepare and send you the report and the invoice. Basis: the contract we enter into with you, and the legal duty to invoice. We keep the invoice for as long as the law requires (up to 6 years); everything else for as long as the relationship lasts plus the relevant claim periods.
• Emails you send us. Your address and whatever you tell us, so we can reply. Basis: your request. We delete these once they're no longer needed.

We don't make automated decisions about you: the scanner's score assesses a website, not a person.

Who else sees the data

• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland) takes the payment. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and, like any server, receives your IP address when you visit it.
• Google Fonts serves the website's typefaces and also receives your IP address.

Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area, always under GDPR safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We do not sell or hand over data to anyone else.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. That's why we don't show a cookie banner.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or take it to another service: write to [email protected]. If we don't handle your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Terms for purchasing the full report

What you're buying

A full AI visibility report for a domain: every technical check, 30 real questions put to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, a comparison against two competitors, and a plan setting out what we can fix ourselves, what we need from you to do it, and what's outside our control.

It includes the files already written, ready to copy onto your website: robots.txt, llms.txt, a sitemap and your business data in the format AI systems understand, with instructions for installing them. It does not include installing them: you or your developer can do that, or you can hire us separately for it.

Price and payment

€49 + VAT. The tax is calculated for your country on the payment page, before you pay. Stripe takes the payment, by card or other means it offers. The invoice is sent to you by email.

Delivery

We send you the report by email within 3 working days of payment. If your website can't be analysed (it doesn't respond, or it blocks access even from an ordinary browser), we'll tell you and refund the full amount.

Discount if you hire us for the fix

If within the 3 months following delivery you hire us to fix what the report describes, we deduct the €49 from that quote. The fix and any ongoing maintenance are contracted separately, with a fixed, written quote.

Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a private individual, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. Because work on the report starts right away, on the payment page we ask you to expressly accept that once the full report has been delivered, withdrawal is no longer possible (art. 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). If you withdraw before delivery, we refund the full amount. To do so, write to [email protected].

What we guarantee, and what we don't

We guarantee that the report accurately describes what we found on your website on the date of the analysis, with supporting evidence. If we made an error, we'll correct it at no cost. We cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will recommend you: that depends on companies unrelated to us. Our liability is limited to the amount paid, except where consumer law does not allow such a limit.

Complaints and applicable law

Write to us at [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days at most. If you are a consumer, you may also go to the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum) or the courts of your home address. Spanish law applies.
