Two jobs AI does well
Automating the repetitive. What someone does every day by copying and pasting:
- Pulling names, dates, amounts and references out of invoices, certificates or contracts into a spreadsheet.
- Sorting emails or case files by type and flagging the urgent ones.
- Turning a form or a client email into a draft quote.
- Transcribing a voice note from a site visit and turning it into minutes.
An assistant with your documents. A chat that answers from your procedures, data sheets, contracts or internal rules, and cites the document and section behind each answer. If it cannot find it, it says so. That is the difference between a useful assistant and one that confidently makes things up.
How we work: check, pilot, maintenance
- Free check. Start with the local AI check: in a couple of minutes you know which tasks are doable and on which machine. Then a conversation to pick the task worth doing.
- Fixed-price pilot. One process, or an assistant over one set of documents. We test it on your real cases until it gets them right, and write down where it fails.
- Maintenance, if you want it. A monthly fee to review it, adjust it when documents or tools change, and extend it to another process when the time comes.
What really costs is not the tool: it is writing down the criteria. Getting out of the head of whoever does it today the list of what must be checked. We do that part with you, and it is what makes it work.
In the cloud or on your own computer
It depends on the data. Health data, professional secrecy or sensitive personal data cannot go to just any service: either it runs as local AI on your own machine, or on a business plan with a data-processing agreement and a guarantee that it is not used for training (GDPR, Art. 9). If the data is not sensitive, the cloud is usually cheaper and works better, and we tell you so.
We don’t sell hardware: we neither buy nor supply computers or devices. We work with what you have, and if something else is needed, we tell you what to ask your technician for.
When it is not worth it
If the task comes up a few times a month. Automating something that takes ten minutes a week never pays for itself.
If the criteria are not written down and cannot be. If every case is decided by eye and nobody can explain why, the AI will not guess it.
If what you want is for it to decide for you. AI prepares, compares and flags what does not add up. Whoever signs, signs.
